Join us for a joyful Family Concert specially designed for babies and young children (from 0 years old). In this 45-minute interactive musical adventure, children and parents will discover the magic of classical music in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Through beautiful melodies, playful rhythms, and engaging musical moments, children are invited to listen, move, and experience music together with their parents. This concert offers a gentle and inspiring first encounter with live classical music — stimulating imagination, curiosity, and a love for sound.
The concert will be performed by three experienced professional musicians:
Monika Mlynarczyk – viola
Monika Mlynarczyk is co-principal viola at La Monnaie / De Munt Opera House in Brussels. She also collaborates regularly as guest principal viola with the Belgian National Orchestra.
Marta Jakubiec – piano and musical guidance
Music educator and choir conductor Marta Jakubiec is the founder of the DoReMi Brussels Music School, dedicated to introducing young children to music through engaging and interactive methods. After winning a conducting competition she worked with the BBC Singers in London, and she now leads numerous musical education projects in Brussels, helping children discover the joy of music from an early age.
Eduardo Tonietto – cello
Cellist Eduardo Tonietto is the founder of the Brussels Muzieque concert platform, dedicated to innovative chamber music projects in Brussels. An internationally active chamber musician, he has performed alongside renowned artists such as Mischa Maisky, the Schumann Quartett, the Jerusalem Quartet, as well as with leading jazz artists such as Aaron Parks and Lars Danielsson.
